Is your jewelry handmade?
Evet. Pia Yuli tasarımları atölyemizde el işçiliğiyle üretilir. Her parça özenle hazırlanır ve seri üretim değildir. Bu nedenle her mücevher küçük farklılıklar taşıyabilir; bu da onu size özel ve benzersiz kılar.
What materials do you use? Will the jewelry tarnish?
We use 18k and 22k gold plating, bronze, brass, precious, semi-precious, natural stones, and Swarovski crystals.
Tarnishing depends on usage. Store your jewelry in its pouch, ideally velvet, when not worn.
Within two years, contact us for complimentary cleaning and re-plating — we’ll return it to you like new.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Custom designs may take up to 10 days.
A tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All orders are prepared with care.
Send directly to a recipient? Leave a note at checkout and we’ll tailor the packaging.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unused items in their original pouch with certificate can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
We provide a free return code. Once inspected, refunds are processed immediately and reflected within 10 days.
What if the size does not fit?
Contact us. Eligible designs can be resized for a perfect fit.
